Christina tailors her bodywork sessions based on her clients’ needs. She uses information from her clients to provide custom therapeutic sessions.
She is also currently enrolled in an intensive 400-hour program for Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy at the National Holistic Institute. This work focuses on treating the root causes of acute and chronic pain. With her knowledge and training she helps facilitate the healing process of her clients on a physiological and energetic level.

- Two-time Senior National Champion in the sport of judo.
Excelling in judo since the age of 4 Nate relocated to upstate New York to train under the guidance of 1992 Olympic Silver Medalist Jason Morris. He was named the United States Judo Federation’s Senior Male Player of the Year in 2004. Now he takes his expertise of intentional movement and the human body and applies it to the art of massage
